Built in 1988 and renovated in 2004, the hotel offers a total of 70 bungalows on 1storey.

It is located in the centre of a 12,000 m² garden, surrounded by numerous palm trees.

The hotel has a 24h reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, a newspaper stand and a supermarket.

Furthermore, it offers a bar, a pub, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants.

In addition there is a conference room, Internet access, room service, a laundry service, medical assistance as well as a bicycle storage facility, a car park, a garage and a children's playground.

Room description
The resort includes double-room apartments for a maximum 5 people and single-room apartments for a maximum of 3 people. The Bungaolws have complete bathroom, living-room, kitchen and terrace. Are equiped with TV, safe box, telephone, kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, boiler and linen. Hairdryer and iron with necessary ironing equipment, including table.

Sport activities description
Guests are offered use of the pool, the pool with a children's area, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and a solarium. Water sports enthusiasts may enjoy the diving on offer. For fitness enthusiasts it is possible to play a game of tennis or squash 500 metres from the hotel, for an additional fee. In addition, guests may take advantage of the table tennis and snooker for an additional fee. There is also a minigolf area available. The seasonal entertainment programme will also keep guests entertained.

Meal service description
Guests are invited to serve themselves from the buffet at breakfast. Evenings dishes may be ordered from the à la carte selection. In addition, the hotel also caters for guests with special dietary requirements.

Hotel location description
This inviting hotel is situated directly beside the sea. The beach, the Puerto del Carmen promenade, an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Public transport stops are just 500 metres away.

Each comes with a seating room with a sofa bed, 1 or 2 double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen with vitroceramic, microwave, fridge, toaster, a tea/coffee maker, full bathroom with hairdryer, private terrace with a small garden with table, chairs and loungers, telephone, satellite TV (surcharge) and in-room safe (surcharge).

Sport activities description
The bungalows are surrounded by beautiful gardens with an attractive pool area with a total of 7 swimming pools, 3 of which have a section for children and 4 are heated in winter season. For refreshment and snacks, guests are able to visit the poolside bar.

Meal service description
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet or a la carte).

Hotel location description
This white washed bungalow complex is located in the very first line of the beach. You only need to cross the sea promenade to get to the beach.

Matagorda shopping center is just 50m away and walking 3km along the sea promenade you will get to Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote's main tourist resort, with its shops, restaurants and night life.

Main tourist attractions like the volcanic Natural Park of Timanfaya, La Geria and Los Jameos del Agua are a few km away and quite easy to get there.

The apartment complex was completely renovated in 2002.

It comprises a main building and several 2-storey annexe buildings with a total of 37 apartments.

Various facilities are available to guests including a garden and pool complex as well as a reception with hire safes and currency exchange desk. There is also an opportunity to hire bicycles.

The functional apartments come fitted with a spacious bathroom with a bath, a combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a kitchenette, an oven, a tea/coffee maker, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

Sport activities description
In the outdoor complex, guests may take advantage of the 2 freshwater swimming pools with children's pools, snack bar and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may play billiards/ snooker or take part in the seasonal entertainment programme available.

Meal service description
Breakfast is on offer every morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu.

Comments from hotel
Guests must let the hotel know of their arrival time since the reception has restricted opening times. If the Reception is closed, clients muss collect the key at the Poolbar.

This attractive holiday complex is quietly situated in the tourist centre of Puerto del Carmen about 500 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach and its lively promenade. The town centre with its many shopping and entertainment venues is just 500 m away and there is a bus stop situated directly in front of the complex (500 m).

It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the fishing harbour and Playa Blanca beach is around 700 m away. There are regular local bus links nearby, enabling easy access to other areas.
